Universal Rosscam search process for permanent employment, which is described in detail below, is consistent with the requirements specified by each of our clients:

  • An initial meeting of the recruiting team with client to ensure that the requirements, compensation and fit issues and challenges are thoroughly understood;
  • agency search (variety of sources; internal resource DB, Internet Job Boards, word of mouth, business associations, etc). 
  • agency interviews/screens; and
  • presentation of recommended candidate will include agency summary, agency assessment and candidate's interests in Client and position.

 

Initial Step

  1. Provision by Client of a detailed position with related information on core competencies, success qualities, professional qualifications, etc. If requested, Universal Rosscam will work with Client to develop a comprehensive position description.
  2. Provision by Client of the detailed salary/wage structure for position including employer benefits, pension plans, vacation entitlement, bonus structures, etc. where applicable.
  3. Meeting of Client and recruiting team to ensure that requirements and other factors are thoroughly understood.
  4. Client and Universal Rosscam recruiting team set a recruitment and hiring time-line.
  5. Establish any testing to be administered (if required).

Initial Selection and Pre-Screening

  1. Posting positions on our international Web-Page as required.
  2. Development of advertising and postings, as required.
  3. Internal search and review of our candidate database.
  4. Direct recruitment and evaluation of candidates not currently registered with Universal Rosscam, if necessary.
  5. Review of mail and e-mail resume responses.
  6. Review of resumes forwarded from professional network associates.
  7. Review of resumes from referrals.
  8. Sort the resumes reviewed into three (3) categories:
    • Top Prospects
    • Possible Prospects
    • Not Qualified·          
  9. Telephone pre-screen “Top Prospects” and qualify each in accordance with Client specifications (additional telephone interviews of “Possible Prospects” as required).
  10. Arrange initial face-to-face interviews. Where a face-to-face interview is impracticable due to the location of the prospect, a detailed telephone interview will be arranged.

 

Initial First Interview – Universal Rosscam recruiting team

  1. In depth behavioral interviews will be conducted by our placement consultant and documented.
  2. All initial testing will be conducted (as required).
  3. Reference checks on qualified candidates are conducted and documented.
  4. Preparation of selected candidates profiles.
  5. Submission of selected candidates for Client review to include:
    • Candidate Profile
    • Behavioral Interview Evaluation
    • Reference Checks
    • Resumes
    • Tests
  6. Arrange face-to-face interviews with Client representative(s) based on Client’s selection.

 

Second Interview - Client

  1. In depth interview by the Client representative(s).
  2. Post interview feedback from candidate conducted by Universal Rosscam placement consultant.
  3. Post interview feedback from Client representative(s) conducted by Universal Rosscam placement consultant.
  1. Arrange for third face-to-face interview with short-listed candidates, if necessary.

 

Third Interview - Client

  1. In-depth review of position charter by Client representative(s) with the candidate.
  2. In-depth review of the client’s company by Client representative(s) with the candidate.
  3. Post interview review with the candidate by Universal Rosscam placement consultant.
  4. Post interview review with Client representative(s) by Universal Rosscam placement consultant.

 

Final Candidate Review – Client and Universal Rosscam recruiting team

  1. Preparation of an Employment Agreement for the Candidate.
  2. Presentation of the Offer of Employment – by Universal Rosscam recruiting team or Client
  3. Presentation of offer to the candidate.
  4. Acceptance.
